Our Journey: From Passion to Purpose
Welcome to G&G Accessible Lifestyle, a venture born from the shared vision and dedication of co-founders Giselle and Giovanni Siano.
The story of G&G Accessible Lifestyle begins with a shared passion for empowering people to live their best lives. We are Giselle and Giovanni Siano, a husband-and-wife team driven by the desire to make a difference in the lives of ageing adults and individuals with disabilities.
Our journey started in 2018 with the founding of Home Instead Geelong. Guided by the vision of "Changing the Face of Ageing," we built a thriving in-home care company dedicated to providing high-quality, relationship-based support to seniors and people with disabilities. Witnessing the impact of our mission firsthand, we saw the need for a holistic approach that addressed not only immediate care needs but also the desire for independent living and accessible accommodations.
This realisation sparked the creation of G&G Accessible Lifestyle. Drawing on our combined expertise in healthcare and business, we aim to revolutionise the landscape of accessible living. We offer a curated portfolio of fully adaptable and stylish houses in a convenient location, ensuring residents enjoy comfort, autonomy, and seamless access to the support they need.

But G&G Accessible Lifestyle is more than just bricks and mortar. It's about building a community where individuals feel empowered, respected, and connected.
"We witnessed firsthand the struggles of finding accessible housing, and that sparked our mission to build a welcoming community where everyone thrives."
Giovanni's journey in the aged care sector began with the founding of Home Instead Geelong in June 2018. With a mission to actively change the face of ageing, Home Instead Geelong quickly established itself as a leading provider of high-quality, relationship-based in-home care for ageing adults. Under Giovanni's leadership, the company was named Geelong’s ‘Business of the Year 2021’ and received the ‘Emerging Business (under 3 years)’ award at the Geelong Business Excellence Awards. Giovanni, originally from Reggio Emilia, Italy, brought his international experience and passion for aged care to Australia in 2011. His innovative approach to care has been recognized with a certificate in Health Informatics (CHIA) and an MBA from Deakin University. Giovanni's vision has always been to empower individuals to reach their full potential, a philosophy that is at the heart of G&G Accessible Lifestyle.
Giselle's academic and professional journey is a testament to her dedication and pursuit of excellence. With degrees in biomedical science and pharmacy, Giselle spent seven years in research and development, honing her technical skills. However, her aspiration to understand the bigger picture and enhance her leadership skills led her to pursue an MBA at Deakin University, graduating in 2021. Giselle's experience during the MBA program, coupled with her technical background, has been instrumental in shaping the culture and operational excellence at Home Instead Geelong and now G&G Accessible Lifestyle. Her focus on training, education, engagement, and retention reflects her belief in the power of a skilled and dedicated team to drive success.
At G&G Accessible Lifestyle, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive in a space that reflects their unique needs and aspirations. We invite you to join us on this journey of changing lives, one accessible home at a time.
